she has never and i mean never learnt/taken notes at school.

yes
but never happened for dd no 1.

this apparently is supposed to happen but didnt for dd over 4.5 yrs.

yes but dd 1 has no language issues,dd 2 is ASD and OCD and ADHD and has
severe langauge disorder(dd 1 has all 3 but no language disorder)
