Yes, I had misunderstood you. I certainly agree with you about the
e-mail and WP side of things; you can learn all about either topic in
a half- or one-day course. Internet stuff is rather more
complicated, and lacks sstandardisation. Most people are unfamiliar
with subject gateways, for example. I am still trying to convince
people in the *IT* industry that Google is not their friend...
