Arghhhh!  What a nightmare!  As I say, I'm hoping to pre-empt such 
problems.  I'm hoping to see the school counsellor tomorrow -- wish 
me luck!  (She only works 3 days a week and I'd rather get things 
moving this week if she has my appointment time free.)
