[Oz-gifted] Aussie becomes youngest chess 'Grand Master'

At 21, he is definitely *not* the youngest chess 'Grand Master'[sic]. 

Spasky became a Grandmaster at 18 - that was in 1955. A few years after that
Bobby Fisher became one at the age of 15. There are now chess Grandmasters
as young as 12.
