[Oz-teachers] Book find help needed

Mark,  I have a copy sitting here on my desk so if it is out of print can copy for you. Publisher was Addison Wesley ISBN is 0 201 13980 4. originally published 1984,  my copy is the 1987 reprint.  Have you tried Amazon? Dymocks? Angus & Robertson? Uni Co Op Bookshop? 
Will do a search and get back to you if I find anything.
