PS - I forgot to mention that you can take this course as fast as you
like or take your time over 18 months. One of my trainers finished it in
4 weeks as she had some prior learning and needed the qualification for
a contract we were tendering for.

The outcomes of the course are exactly the same no matter where you take
it. It all depends on the individual organisation and how they structure
the content, assessments and modules. There are a variety of options out
there depending on your preferred style of learning.

You can take this course anywhere, anytime. It is self-paced so no need
to take time off work.

Hi,

I am interested in studying TAA40104: Certificate 4 in Training and
Assessment so I can be a CAD teacher. But do not know who to do it
through. A private company has told me they can deliver the course to me
over a 7 day block with a couple of assignments at the end. But the
University of Queensland course goes for 20 weeks with 1x2hr session
each Monday night AND require a further 3-4hrs study each week. 

Both are RTOs and are offering the same course. Can anyone explain why
the quantity of study required to completed these courses varies so
much?
