Check your RAM is seated correctly, make sure all drive connecters are
firmly connected, etc.  Make sure the drives are jumpered correctly as
master/slave, etc.  Check the BIOS settings to ensure the BIOS knows to look
for the right drives, ...  Dunno what else to suggest.

Hard to troubleshoot that one.
