MindtoolsAfter checking out the top 100 tools list I downloaded Firefox and made it my default browser. Now I find that I can't use my desktop shortcuts for sites like QTCU and Ed Qld that require passwords. Do I need to create new shortcuts after logging onto these sites through Firefox?

This is a cross-post from the Connected-Ed list.

The Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies, based in the UK, has compiled a list of the top 100 tools for personal learning or creating learning solutions. No surpise that a browser is #1, the surprise is that it's not Internet Explorer. Number 2 on the list - del.icio.us. Complete list at:

  http://www.c4lpt.co.uk/recommended/top100.html

How closely does the list match you own use or ranking of various tools?
