[Oz-teachers] any help with vista home preminum prob?

 hi all
sent this to echalk, but no responeses...hope someone can help

i can connect to external websites no problems at all, but for local the
college intranets (which use self signed security certificates), it takes a
few minutes and then get the 'There is a problem with this websites security
certificate' error message...then the option to 'Continue to website (not
recommended)' and it stops and i get the 'navigation blocked' message...
tried turning everything off (even user control etc), but it must be a
setting wrong somewhere...
any ideas?
